TRADING STATEMENT
Business Connexion is currently finalising its results for the six months ended
30 November 2007, which should be released before 29 February 2008.
Shareholders are advised that earnings per share ("EPS") is likely to be between
40% - 60% lower than the corresponding reporting period. In this regard
shareholders are advised that the reduction is due to the sale of the group`s
commercial properties to Growthpoint Properties Limited in the previous
financial year, which had an effect of 14,4 cents per share, (45%).
The forecast financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed and reported on by the group`s auditors.
