DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO
AMERICAN PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to ANGLO AMERICAN PLC (AGL) the Trustees of the AGL Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 654.61 cents per AGLNNA share
instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 30 April 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 March
2008 and the record date will be Friday, 14 March 2008.
