Shareholders are referred to the detailed and cautionary announcement dated 11
January 2008 in which it was advised that the financial effects of the
acquisition will be presented once Dialogue is satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists on the forecasts and a trading update is released.
Until such a time that the financial effects of the acquisition are released,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s shares.
