Posting of Hudaco`s annual report and notice of annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual Report
Further to Hudaco`s audited results for the year ended 30 November 2007,
published on 01 February 2008, the annual report was posted to shareholders
today. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Hudaco will be held at 11h00 on
Thursday, 20 March 2008 at Hudaco Park, 190 Barbara Road, Elandsfontein, Gauteng
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the annual report.
