DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for
TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TRU) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount
of 72 cents per TRUNIB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17
March 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 7 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10
March 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 14 March 2008.
