trading update
A number of factors that have a direct influence on the construction industry
have changed substantially during the past six months. African Brick Centre felt
it prudent to issue the following trading update to shareholders and the
investment market in general:
total earnings attributable to shareholders for the financial year ending 29
February 2008 is expected to be between 75 and 85 % of the projected
attributable earnings as per the company`s prospectus published on 2 October
2007. The expected earnings will however be between 55 and 65 % higher than the
aggregated earnings for the previous financial year.
headline earnings per share for the financial year ending 29 February 2008 will
be between 10 and 20% higher than the projected headline earnings per share as
per the prospectus. The expected headline earnings per share will however be
between 55 and 65% higher than the headline earnings per share for the previous
financial year.
