PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT
It has come to the attention of the board of directors of GijimaAst that
malicious and untrue allegations about the company are being circulated. The
board of directors of GijimaAst wishes to assure shareholders that there is no
truth to any of these allegations.
Given that the company is in a closed period ahead of the interim results
announcement on Wednesday 27 February 2008, the board has decided to deal with
all of the allegations in full at the results announcement.
