DIRECTORS APPOINTMENTS
The company has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Mr PAG Wiese ("Adrie")
as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect. Adrie
qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and served his articles with Ernst &
Young. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
and spent the majority of his financial career with listed companies in the
property, financial services and retail sectors.
Mr A Gendenhuys resigns from the board with immediate effect.
