Shareholders are referred to the notice issued on 19 November 2007 with regard
to certain non-executive directors having exercised all their share scheme
entitlements. The notice, inter alia indicated that Mr. PAB Beecroft had taken
up his 50 000 entitlement shares indirectly. Due to a change of intention,
shareholders are accordingly advised that Mr. PAB Beecroft took up his
entitlement shares directly in his personal capacity.
