terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2005 (the "Act"))

CHANGE OF NAME OF ITRIX
With effect from 1 February 2008 the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes
approved:
- the change of name of Itrix to the "db x-trackers Collective Investment
Scheme";
- the change of name of Itrix FTSE 1OO to the "db x-trackers FTSE 100
Portfolio" ("dbx FTSE"); and
- the change of name of Itrix DJ Euro Stoxx 50 to the "db x-trackers DJ Euro
Stoxx 50 Portfolio" ("dbx Euro 50").
These name changes will be implemented from a JSE perspective in accordance with
the following:

Last day to trade under the "Itrix" name Friday,7 March
Trade under new "db x-trackers" name from Monday, 10 March

With effect from Monday, 10 March 2008:
- the share code of dbx FTSE will change to "DBXUK", the abbreviated name
will change to "DBXFT100" and the ISIN will change to ZAE000115929, and
- the share code of dbx Euro 50 will change to "DBXEU", the abbreviated name
will change to "DBXEURO50" and the ISIN will change to ZAE000115937.
In addition, Itrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited has changed its name to "db x-
trackers (Proprietary) Limited".
DETERMINATION OF FEES IN RESPECT OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF DBX FTSE AND DBX EURO
50
Holders of dbx FTSE securities and holders of dbx Euro 50 securities are
referred to the offering circular and prelisting statement in respect of db x-
trackers, issued on 19 September 2005 (the "offering circular") together with
the first and second supplements thereto (also issued on 19 September 2005), as
applicable.
In accordance with the Itrix Deed and as provided for in the offering circular
as read with the applicable supplement, the manager has determined that, with
effect from 1 July 2008, the management fee in respect of the administration of
each of dbx FTSE and dbx Euro 50 shall be as set out below:
Value of participatory interests Management fee (exclusive of VAT)

Investors are advised that although the management fees are accrued for daily,
they are accrued for in the index currency and converted to Rands at the end of
each accounting period.
CHANGE OF ASSET MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATOR
Investors are advised that with effect from 3 March 2008 the asset manager of
dbx FTSE and dbx Euro 50 will be BNY Asset Management (the Bank of New York, 62
Old Slip, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10286, USA) and the administrator of both dbx
FTSE and dbx Euro 50 is
BNY Fund Services (Ireland) Limited (Guild House, Guild Street, IFSC, Dublin 1,
Ireland).
Consequent upon the change of asset manager and administrator, an "exchange
trading day" in respect of dbx FTSE and dbx Euro 50 is now a trading day in the
jurisdiction in which the Index constituents trade, provided that the day is not
a public holiday in South Africa, Ireland and/or the USA.
