CHANGE OF NAME TO CREDIT U HOLDINGS LIMITED
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are advised that the company has issued a circular today to propose
a change of name from Kagisano to Credit U Holdings Limited.
While Kagisano`s core business remains the provision of short and long term
credit - in the form of educational, emerging and home improvement loans - it
also offers a range of other services such as cellular contracts, life
insurance, funeral and medical insurance policies. Kagisano has thus transformed
itself into a broader-based financial services provider.
The board is of the opinion that the new name is better suited to the market
within which the company operates as well as keeping with its move towards
becoming a fully-fledged financial services provider with a focus on
personalised solutions.

Note:
The above dates and times are subject to amendment. Details of such
amendment will be released on SENS. Shareholders will not be able to
dematerialised or rematerialise securities in the name of Kagisano
after Friday, 11 April 2008.
3. GENERAL MEETING
Forming part of the circular is a notice convening a general meeting of
shareholders to be held at the company`s offices at Eco Fusion 4, Block B, Witch
Hazel Street, Highveld, Centurion on Wednesday, 26 March 2008 commencing at
11:00, at which meeting the special resolution necessary to implement the name
change will be proposed for consideration and if deemed fit, approved.
4. DOCUMENTATION
A circular containing full detail of the name change was mailed to shareholders
today.
