TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period
to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that RBA is currently finalizing its results for the
twelve months ended 31 December 2007 and are advised that RBA`s earnings and
headline earnings per share for the twelve months ended 28 February 2007 are
expected to increase by between 75% and 95% over that of the corresponding
period. The earnings and headline earnings per share for the twelve months ended
28 February 2007 are in line with the forecasts contained in the prospectus
dated 5 September 2007. The financial information on which this trading
statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by RBA`s auditors.
The results for the year ended 31 December 2007 are expected to be published on
SENS by early March 2008.
