RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are notified that at the company`s annual general meeting held on
Wednesday, 27 February 2008, the special resolution and all the ordinary
resolutions, with the exception of ordinary resolution number 4 (which related
to the re-appointment of Mr JE Woods as a director), proposed thereat were duly
passed without modification. The special resolution will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies for registration in due course.
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that Mr JE Woods has resigned from the board with effect from 27
February 2008. The Board thanks Mr JE Woods for his valuable contribution during
his tenure.
