OF JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.59(b)
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors has accepted the resignations of the following non-executive directors
with effect from 29 February 2008:
Ms DC Radley; and
Mr PL Wilmot.
The Board of Altech would like to thank both Ms Radley and Mr Wilmot for their
invaluable contribution to the company and wish them success in the future.
