Raubex Commercial and Financial Director, Mr F. Diedrechsen, is entitled to
sell up to 25% of his shareholding in Raubex in terms of his lock-in
agreement with the Company. Mr F. Diedrechsen has disposed of 600,000 Raubex
ordinary shares, which sale is principally a portfolio re-alignment exercise
and represents 14.12% of his shareholding in Raubex.
