DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
The recommended final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2007 is 2.65 US
cents per share (2006 - 2.50 US cents) and will be paid on 18 April 2008 to
those members registered at the close of business on 14 March 2008.
Shareholders on the South African register will receive their dividend in South
African Rand converted from US Dollar at the closing rate of exchange on
Wednesday, 27 February 2008.

This has been calculated as the average of the bid/ask spread at 16h00 (United
Kingdom time) being the close of business on Wednesday, 27February 2008.
Consequently the dividend of 2.65 US cents will be equal to 19.6935 South
African cents.
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates, nor transfer of
shares between the registers in London and South Africa will take place between
Monday, 10 March 2008 and Friday, 14 March 2008, both dates inclusive.
