RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Directors of the company have approved the appointment of Riana Bisschoff as
Company Secretary with effect from Thursday 28 February 2008 in place of PH van
Zyl who have resigned on the same date.
