NOTICE OF CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors has reluctantly accepted the resignation of Ms Heather Sonn as
independent non-executive director, with effect from 27 February 2008. Ms Sonn
tendered her resignation as a result of a recent executive appointment which
will impact on her ability to effectively fulfill her duties as non-executive
director of Spescom.
The Board of Spescom wishes her success in her new career.
