RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR END
Further to the announcement dated 10 January 2008, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of Anbeeco`s securities, and, accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in their dealings in
Anbeeco shares pending a further announcement.
Shareholders are also advised that an application in terms of section 285(2) of
the Companies Act has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies to change the
end of the financial year of the company from the last day of February to the
last day of August of every year.
