DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY &
ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (MUR) the Trustees of the MUR
Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 77 cents per MURNIB share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 14 April 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 April 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 April 2008
and the record date will be Friday, 11 April 2008.
