WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Myriad shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements, the last of
which was dated 21 January 2008.
In terms of the agreement concluded certain conditions precedent had to be
fulfilled. One of these conditions was not been able to met by the vendors.
Until such time as this condition has been met the cautionary announcement is
withdrawn.
