CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr FW Nicholson from the
board of Bonatla and the appointment of Mr DA Scott with immediate effect.
Mr DA (David) Scott holds a B Com degree from Rhodes and an MBA from the
University of the Witwatersrand. After graduation, in 1973 he commenced articles
with Deloitte, passing his board exam in 1974. He remained with Deloitte until
1980, working in the Johannesburg, Salisbury (Harare), Geneva and Zurich
offices. From 1980 he worked in various financial positions until May 2005, when
he was appointed as Financial Director of Smith Capital Equipment (Pty) Ltd.
David has been appointed as the Financial Director of Bonatla.
