RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at
the General Meeting held on Thursday, 28 February 2008 were unanimously passed.
The special resolution approving the change of the Company`s name to BioScience
Brands Limited will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration
in due course.
The salient dates as detailed in the announcement released on SENS on 01
February 2008, remain unchanged.
