cautionary announcements dated 10 December 2007 and 21 January 2008 are still in
progress, which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the company`s shares. Accordingly, Jasco shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until a further
announcement is made.
