CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LGL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for LIBERTY GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to
LIBERTY GROUP LIMITED (LGL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a capital reduction amount of 266 cents per LGLNID share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 31 March 2008.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Wednesday, 19 March 2008. The
Share Instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Thursday, 20
March 2008, the record date will be Friday, 28 March 2008.
