PASSING AWAY OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The company reports with great regret that Ms Nomazizi Mtshotshisa passed away
on the 22 February 2008. Ms Mtshotshisa was appointed as a non-executive
director on the 10th March 2004 and her wise counsel will be sorely missed by
her colleagues.
