DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MONDI LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("MNDIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Mondi Limited have
declared a final dividend of 15.7 euros per ordinary share based on an exchange
rate equivalent in ZAR of 11.29805 cents per share, payable on Wednesday, 21 May
2008 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close
of business on Friday, 25 April 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, MNDIDA,
will receive a Mondi Limited final dividend of 177.37939 cents per security
payable on Wednesday, 21 May 2008 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 18 April 2008.
MNDIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 21 April 2008, and the record date will
be Friday, 25 April 2008.
