TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE Listings
Requirements"), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as
they become aware that the financial results for the period to be reported upon
next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the previous
corresponding period.
Primeserv accordingly advises that management`s review of the financial results
expected for the 12 months ended 31 December 2007 has indicated that Primeserv
will show an improvement in headline earnings per share of between 180% and
200%, and an increase in earnings per share of between 175% and 195% for the 12
months ended 31 December 2007 compared to the pro forma 12 months ended 31
December 2006.
The financial results on which this trading statement has been based have not
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The financial results of
the company will be published on or about Wednesday, 19 March 2008.
