NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 September 2007 ("the annual financial statements") will be
distributed today Tuesday, 4 March 2008 and contain no modifications to the
audited results, published on SENS on Monday, 10 December 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc whose unqualified
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today
with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby given that the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 27 March 2008 at
10:00, at the offices of the company at 40 Electron Avenue, Isando to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
