DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution by the PropTrax SAPY portfolio to holders of
PropTrax SAPY securities.
2008
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Wednesday, 19 March
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Thursday, 20 March
Record date: Friday, 28 March
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) will be made on Thursday,
17 April 2008.
