INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the interest declaration
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared an interest amount of 51.049
cents per GRTNID share instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 25 March
2008.
The last day to trade cum interest is Thursday, 13 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex interest from Friday, 14
March 2008 and the record date will be Thursday, 20 March 2008.
