DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the interest amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 0.051 cents per GRTNID share instalment that is
payable on Tuesday, 25 March 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 13 March 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 14 March 2008 and the
record date will be Thursday, 20 March 2008.
