APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Andile Khumalo as a non-
executive director with effect from 5 March 2008.
Mr Khumalo, a chartered accountant, is the chief financial officer of MSG
Afrika Investment Holdings, the lead partner in the black-owned consortium
that acquired a substantial interest in Dialogue Group Holdings during the
course of 2007. As a chartered accountant he gained local and international
experience with companies such as Deloitte & Touche and Investec Bank. He
is the chairperson of the Johannesburg branch of ABASA (Association for the
Advancement of Black Accountants of South Africa).
