DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the RMH Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 69 cents per RMHNID share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 31 March 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 19 March 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 20
March 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 28 March 2008.
