FURTHER ISSUE OF SHARES
In Compliance with the AIM Rules, the following information is disclosed:
Datatec Limited announces the allotment of 6,500 ordinary ZAR0.01 shares
following the exercise of share options on or before 29 February 2008.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of
these shares to the Alternative Investment Market, and to the JSE Limited for
the listing of these shares. Listing on both exchanges is expected to become
effective on 10 March 2008.
