DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("SBKIHC")
The Directors of Standard Bank Group Limited have declared a final dividend of
205 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 14 April 2008 to ordinary
shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 11 April 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
SBKIHC, will receive a Standard Bank Group Limited final dividend of 205 cents
per ordinary share, payable on Monday, 14 April 2008 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend will be Friday, 4 April 2008.
SBKIHC Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 7 April 2008, and the record date
will be Friday, 11 April 2008.
