WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the announcement on 6 February 2008 that Stimulus has entered into
negotiations, Stimulus advises its preference shareholders that with their
express approval it was resolved, at an special general meeting of ordinary
shareholders, that the repayment of N$43,288,000.00 (i.e. N$35 per share) to the
preference share shareholders out of the share premium account be approved and
confirmed. It was further resolved the repayment shall not be deemed to
constitute a reduction of the company`s authorised share capital.
As a result, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in Stimulus` securities.
