CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Monyetla linked unitholders are advised that Mr Craig M Hutchison has
resigned as non-executive director of the company with effect from 13 March
2008.
Linked unitholders are also advised that Mr Barry L Stuhler has been appointed
as non-executive director with effect from 13 March 2008.
