OF JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 3.59(b)
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors has accepted the resignation of Dr EN Banda, a non-executive director
with effect from 25 March 2008.
The Board of Altech would like to thank Dr EN Banda for his invaluable
contribution to the company and wish him success in the future.
