In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given that Mr Mike Meehan has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 25 March
2008.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant and has served on the boards of Grindrod Group,
Unicorn Shipping and Griffin Shipping Holdings. He has filled the roles of
President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and President of the South African
Ship Owners Association and now operates in the property, investment and
business consultancy fields in Durban. Mike also currently serves as a non-
executive director of William Tell Holdings Limited.
