NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
annual financial statements for the year ended September 2007, were posted to
shareholders on Wednesday, 26 March and Thursday, 27 March 2008 and contain no
modifications to the preliminary reviewed results which were published on 22
November 2007. Ernst and Young Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of Spescom Limited and its subsidiaries and their unqualified audit
reports are available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 11h00 on Wednesday, 21 May 2008, in the registered office of Spescom
Limited, Spescom Park, Corner Alexandra Avenue and Second Road, Halfway House,
Midrand to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting.
