CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of clause 3.59 (b) of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements, Mr P C Desai has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of
the group, Mr H Benatar has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Mr N
Jacobsohn, the Group Marketing Director, has left the Company. The Group
Marketing Director position has been discontinued, effective from the new
financial year of the group, 1st April 2005. The position of Group Finance and
Operations Director, previously filled by Mr P C Desai is also to be
discontinued.
