As a result of the "Interest Distribution" an adjustment was made to the
exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is
unprejudiced.
Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant FPTIVA, would
like to advise Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R0.00,
effective 28 March 2008, FPTIVA was terminated and Holders are now entitled to
receive the linked units at the new exercise price of R0.00, together with the
balance of the cash payment being the R0.2152 distribution less the R0.12 final
pay down of the strike (equaling R0.0952.) This will automatically accrue to
holders via instruction to STRATE.
