CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Avusa advises that the following resignations take place with effect from the
close of business today:

Mr P C Desai Group Chief Executive Officer and

The above resignations follow the general meeting of shareholders held on 18
March 2008 whereat shareholders approved the unbundling by Avusa of its
operating media and entertainment assets.
The board would like to thank the directors and company secretary for their
highly valued contributions to the company.
