Peter Doyle, group chief executive will resign from the board of Metropolitan
Holdings Limited and all its subsidiaries with effect from 31 March 2008. He is
being succeeded by Wilhelm van Zyl.
Metropolitan`s chairman, Professor Wiseman Nkuhlu, said: "On behalf of the
board, I would like to thank Peter for his valuable contribution to the success
of Metropolitan. We always felt confident about the growth, efficiency and
integrity of the group`s activities under his leadership and we wish him well
for the future."
