Option holders are advised that the options granted in the circular dated 15
November 2005, to subscribe for one ordinary share at R5,00 per share, are "out
of the money". No option holders have indicated that they would like to exercise
their options and the options will expire on the close of business on Wednesday,
30 April 2008.
