DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 12 March 2008, holders of
ZShares Randplay units are advised that the distribution payable on 3 April
2008 will be an amount of 29.74 cents per unit, constituted by:
25.35 cents in respect of dividends
4.39 cents in respect of other income
Payment will be made to all holders recorded in the register at 28 March 2008.
The aggregate amount payable to each investor will be rounded to the nearest
cent. The balance (if any) will be retained and paid out in the following
distribution period.
