LISTING OF DB X-TRACKERS MSCI JAPAN INDEX ETF SECURITIES
Further to the announcements published on 14 and 29 February 2008 regarding the
initial public offering for db x-trackers MSCI Japan Index ETF securities ("dbx
Japan securities"), Java Capital is authorised to announce the listing on the
main board of the JSE Limited of dbx Japan securities in the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 1 April
2008.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
6,000,000 dbx Japan securities will be issued to successful applicants (to whom
LAs were issued on 25 March 2008) at commencement of trade on 1 April 2008 at a
price per security of approximately R6.35 and at a conversion ratio of 0.15759
securities for every 1 LA issued in respect of subscriptions in South African
Rand and at a conversion ratio of 0.01278 securities for every 1 LA issued in
respect of subscriptions in Japanese Yen.
NOTICE
dbx Managers has been granted permission to use the name "MSCI Japan Index" by
the owner of the Index, MSCI Incorporated.
dbx Japan securities are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by
MSCI Incorporated ("MSCI"), any of its affiliates, any of its information
providers or any third party involved in, or related to, compiling, computing or
creating any MSCI index.

this offer for dbx Japan securities for further details on the terms of use of
