LISTING OF DB X-TRACKERS MSCI USA INDEX ETF SECURITIES
Further to the announcements published on 14 and 29 February 2008 regarding the
initial public offering for db x-trackers MSCI USA Index ETF securities ("dbx
USA securities"), Java Capital is authorised to announce the listing on the main
board of the JSE Limited of dbx USA securities in the "Exchange Traded Funds"
sector, with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 1 April 2008.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
3,000,000 dbx USA securities will be issued to successful applicants (to whom
LAs were issued on 25 March 2008) at commencement of trade on 1 April 2008 at a
price per security of approximately R10.31 and at a conversion ratio of 0.09704
securities for every 1 LA issued in respect of subscriptions in South African
Rand and at a conversion ratio of 0.78700 securities for every 1 LA issued in
respect of subscriptions in US Dollars.
NOTICE
dbx Managers has been granted permission to use the name "MSCI USA Index" by the
owner of the Index, MSCI Incorporated.
dbx USA securities are not in any way sponsored, endorsed, sold or promoted by
MSCI Incorporated ("MSCI"), any of its affiliates, any of its information
providers or any third party involved in, or related to, compiling, computing or
creating any MSCI index.
