information previously published in Liberty Holdings` audited results on
Tuesday, 4 March 2008 is unchanged. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the
results and the annual financial statements of Liberty Holdings and their report
is available for inspection at the registered offices of Liberty Holdings.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 40th Annual General Meeting of Liberty Holdings
shareholders will be held in the Seminar Room, Werksmans Inc, 155 Fifth Street,
Sandown, Sandton, 2146 on Wednesday, 21 May 2008 at 09:00 to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which was issued together
with the annual report containing the annual financial statements of Liberty
Holdings for the year ended 31 December 2007.
